The various thicknesses are designed for cost-effective use, product protection, and durability during transportation. Hero Stretch Film has been developed using the latest Metallocene Polymer technology to be tough and stretchable. Stretch Film Premium Grade
Properties
Its thickness ranges from 12 to 30 microns. The maximum stretch that this film can offer is up to 250%. Due to its comparative thinness and stretch ability, it has outstanding physical qualities. While maintaining good wrapping strength for the products on the pallet, it lowers the amount of the film required to wrap a pallet securely and thus the cost per pallet is also reduced.
How To Use
It is suitable for automatic and semi-automatic pallet wrapping machines with Power Pre-Stretch unit for a high percentage of stretching.
Stretch Film Economy Grade
Properties
Its thickness ranges from 12 to 30 microns. The maximum Stretch that this film offers is 200%. It is strong and stretchable with good pallet wrapping force - for transportation.
How To Use
It is suitable for turntable pallet stretch wrappers and robot wrappers. It is compatible with both Brake and Pre-stretch pallet wrapping machines.
Note: From trials, it is shown that the use of Pre-stretch type wrapping machines can offer better cost savings per pallet than other options
