Pre Stretch Film Hand Roll
Hero Pre Stretch Film is a premium product that has been Pre Stretched during the production process before going onto the core.. This film is longer and thinner and has the added strength of a folded edge. It is easier to use, more efficient, and reduces neck-down effects caused by pulling. The use of this film minimizes waste and is most economical when compared with conventual Hand Rolls.

Properties
- A 50% decrease in the amount of film used resulting in twice as much product capable of being wrapped with this film.
- As the film has already been pre-stretched, it requires less force to stretch the film and wrap a pallet.
- The price is 50% less than regular stretch film because you get a lot more length of film at the same weight.
How To Use
Use the inner adhesive side of the film to contact with the load. Bind the end of the film to a pallet leg or insert it between the product layers to hold the starting point of the film in place. The first layer of wrapping should cover both Pallet and first layer of Product. Then wrap upwards at an angle to secure the entire load. Each layer of Wrap should overlap by 5-10 centimeters. Unlike conventional wraps where the need to stretch the film during wrapping means you have to walk backwards, this pre-stretched film allows you to walk forwards while wrapping, making it easier, less exhaustive, and quicker to secure a load.
Additional Information
Folded Edge Film is a recent development in stretch pallet wrapping which features folded edges measuring 1/4 inch on both sides. This minimizes the risk of tearing or damaging the film makes the film more robust, last longer, and thus reduces waste. It allows you to wrap more pallets with standard stretchability and tear resistance that offers optimal wrapping and holding forces.
